We opened our doors last weekend with an event for the International Aperitivo Facebook group and welcomed over 100 guests from all over the world, who now live or plan to live in the region. This elegant gathering was the perfect setting to unveil the post-summer workshop programme, designed to enrich and inspire the diverse local and expatriate community.
Located in Ceglie Messapica, Puglia, Lifestyle Emporium aims to be a center of culture, creativity and connection. The opening event was a resounding success, with a curated selection of aperitifs and small bites by chef Roberta Bari and drinks by Waking Wine Puglia to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the international community, who were able to network with old and new contacts.
The Aperitivo events group began in October 2023 and are a true celebration of cultural exchange, reflecting the commitment to bringing diverse and enriching settler and resettled experiences to Puglia. The international community has 135 thousand residents throughout Puglia. This group aims to attract expats who have moved to Puglia permanently, remote workers spending time in the region, returning Puglian’s and locals who want to make new international friends and practice English.
