Emporium SRLs Voucher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Emporium SRLs vouchers, including physical vouchers and digital vouchers issued by Emporium SRLs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, receiving, or using an Emporium SRLs voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. 1. Redemption:

– Vouchers can be redeemed for eligible products or services at Emporium SRLs physical stores or online at our official website.

– Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

 

  1. Expiration:

– Each voucher has an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase

– Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and the value will not be refunded or extended.

 

  1. Restrictions:

– Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

– Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other vouchers.

 

  1. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

-Emporium SRLs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers; lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.

 

  1. Refunds and Returns:

– Refunds will be provided in line with our refund policy, and vouchers will be exchanged with vouchers of equivalent value and original validity period.

 

  1. Fraud:

– Emporium SRLs reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website or in our online stores.

 

  1. Modification and Termination:

– Emporium SRLs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voucher program at any time for any reason without notice.

 

  1. Governing Law:

– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
