Ryan Rollin of Rollin Designs is originally from South Africa and now lives in Ostuni.
Ryan makes hand-crafted jewellery; he started making silver cutlery into jewellery and took a beginner’s course after, but he is mainly self-taught.
Ryan Rollin Designs creates unique artisanal jewellery crafted from Puglian olive wood and metals and sells at craft markets and will soon be stocked on Etsy and in local stores.
He is working on completing the olive wood collection, specifically working on a new earring design and a bracelet set.
He is inspired by from a deep appreciation for natural beauty, rich culture, and the storied history of Puglia; the olive trees, the sea, and the ancient architecture that surrounds him daily and handcrafts each piece to capture the essence of this special place.
