The Lifestyle Emporium is planned to be an artisan centre just outside of Ceglie Messapica, on the Ostuni and Cisterno side. Based in a pink mini masseria with trullo, vaulted ceiling lamia and arched buildings, we hope to provide a service to the local, ex-pat, digital nomad and tourist communities in central Puglia.
We have artist studios, workshop spaces, co-working space, a shop, a cafe and outdoor areas for small theatre/music performances, markets, fayres and fun events too.
There are also two apartments; a first-floor one-bed, one bathroom and a ground-floor two-bed, two-bathroom unit, which we are planning to lease for short or long lets and to house visiting instructors. We have Starlink for wifi.
We will be making and selling baskets, blankets and textiles, jewellery, home
decor, wood-turned bowls, clothing, ceramics and dried floral decorations, etc as well as
pickled and preserved foodstuffs from the land – essentially, anything that is locally handmade by various nationalities. We will also refurbish and upcycle furniture and clothing.
